Frozen Bao N Dumpling Preparation

Bao Buns ( 6 Pieces ) $13 | Vegetable / Meat

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Place a steam basket on the boiling water.

  3. Place a steamer paper on the steam basket.

  4. Place the buns in the steamer basket.

  5. Steam the buns for 10-12 mins or until the internal temperature reached 135 o C.

  6. Turn the fire off, and carefully remove the lid.

Steam Dumplings ( 20 Pieces ) $24 / $30 / $27 | Vegetable / Pork N Shrimp / Chicken N Vegetable

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

  2. Place a steam basket on the boiling water.

  3. Place a steamer paper on the steam basket.

  4. Place the dumplings in the steamer basket.

  5. Steam the buns for 9-12 mins until the internal temperature reached 135 o C.

  6. Turn the fire off, and carefully remove the lid.

Boiled Dumplings ( 20 Pieces ) $25 / $27 / $30 | Pork N Chive / Pork N Kimchi / Seafood

  1. Fill a pot with water.

  2. Put in the dumplings when the water boils.

  3. Leave the stove on high.

  4. Boil the dumplings for 10 minutes or until it has been floating for 60 seconds or until the internal temperature reached 135 o C.
